Accommodation rules

Only registered guests who are checked in are allowed to stay in the guesthouse.

Keys are collected at the agreed location or via a secure system (e.g., a code). Upon payment for accommodation, the guest will receive a special code to open the locker corresponding to their room. The locker is located at the entrance of the guesthouse and contains the room key.

Upon departure, keys must be returned to the same location or as instructed.

Accommodation is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. The room is reserved for the guest until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival, and the guesthouse is obliged to accommodate the guest by that time unless otherwise stated in the booking. If the guest does not arrive by the specified time, the guesthouse may reassign the room.

The guesthouse provides services to guests in the scope and quality defined by the applicable regulation on the categorization of accommodation facilities, according to which the guesthouse is classified.

Upon taking occupancy of the room, the guest is obliged, in their own interest, to check the condition and functionality of the room facilities and immediately report any defects to the guesthouse operator.

The guest agrees that during the entire rental period, housekeeping staff, maintenance personnel, or other persons authorized by the company director may enter the room for the performance of their duties.

The guest pays for accommodation in accordance with the valid price list, usually before the start of the stay, or as otherwise agreed.

In exceptional cases, the guesthouse may offer the guest a different room than originally agreed, provided it does not substantially differ from the confirmed booking.

Guests are not allowed to make changes to the room or common areas, tamper with electrical or other installations without the management’s consent.

The guesthouse operator is responsible for valuables, money, and other personal items only if they have been deposited in the guesthouse safe.

Guests must observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

For safety reasons, children under 10 years of age must not be left unsupervised in the room, corridors, or other common areas of the guesthouse.

Upon leaving the room, the guest must close water valves, switch off electrical appliances and lighting, and close doors and windows.

After the agreed accommodation period, the guest must leave the premises by 10:00 AM. If the guest does not leave, the guesthouse may charge for an extended stay according to the current price list.

If the guest requests an extension of the stay, the guesthouse may offer a different room than the one originally occupied.

Guests are responsible for any damage to the guesthouse property or loss of keys according to the current rate list.

Prohibited activities in the guesthouse:

Damaging or destroying guesthouse property, tampering with technical or technological equipment, or performing any activity that endangers the safety of property or people in the guesthouse.

Behaving antisocially, aggressively, or in any other unacceptable manner, verbally or physically.

Smoking (allowed only in designated areas outside the building entrance).

Possession or use of drugs or other prohibited substances.

Bringing live animals into the guesthouse.

Bringing or keeping items that endanger public safety, life, or health of guests or staff.

Using large sports equipment or oversized items (e.g., skis, sleds, bicycles, boxes). These items may be stored in the guesthouse storage upon request.

Organizing or playing public gambling games, distributing political leaflets.

Handling open flames.

Using any electrical appliances (except personal hygiene devices) without prior written consent of the company director.

Subletting or providing accommodation to persons who are not registered guests.

Bringing firearms or other dangerous items into the guesthouse.
19. The guest is obliged to comply with the provisions of these accommodation rules from the moment he rents the room.
20. In the event of a serious breach, the accommodation management has the right to withdraw from the contractfor the provision of accommodation services even before the expiry of the agreedperiod with immediate effect and without reimbursement of the accommodation fee.
21. In the event of riots, whether due to the consumption of alcohol or any other substance, or indiscipline, the accommodation operator has the right, with the assistance of the SBS or the Police, to terminate the guest's stay with immediate effect.
Tariff of fees for damages caused:
loss of keys – 100 EUR
violation of the smoking ban – 200 EUR + immediate termination of stay
prohibition of walking dogs - immediate termination of stay
Property damage – depending on the extent of the damage caused, the guest pays all costs associated with the damage incurred
theft of company property – depending on the type of stolen item, all costs associated with the theft of property + filing a report with the Police to initiate criminal prosecution for theft
